	9 On 02/18/2010 Although the product photo appears to picture this earring rack mounted on a wall, in fact it has fold-out feet which make it possible to stand it on a bureau. I had considered my earring drawer to be well organized, so I was dubious, when I received this as a gift, that it would be an improvement, but I was wrong -- it really is a helpful (and visually appealing) way to keep wire-style (not post) earrings on display and easily accessible. t’s very well crafted. I’d certainly recommend it.

	10 On 12/29/2009 The rack is very high quality and even more beautiful in person. When filled with earrings it looks like you have a high quality jewelry shop right in your bedroom. I bought it for my mom so she could get her earrings out of the all the little boxes in her dresser and enjoy seeing them even when she isn’t wearing them. I also think it will help her remember all the ones she has to choose from when she is picking out what to wear each day. I would note that earrings which dangle a bit look better on the rack than plane studs, but they still can be stored on the rack. My mother and I highly recommend this product.

	9 On 12/01/2009 This necklace tree is beautiful. It is made of nice quality cherry wood with a natural stain. Nice craftmanship. We were concerned that it might not be tall enough for all my wifes necklaces like many trees can be, but it is tall enough. We liked it so much that we bought another 4 in the same wood for gifts.
	10 On 01/29/2009 I’ve looked high and low for an earring holder and am delighted with this one. So many I’ve seen have painted wood or are plastic or metal. I wanted something with a pretty wood and an curvy, aesthetically pleasing shape. The dark would that frames it is lovely. I also like the versatility- it can hang on a wall or stand up.

	10 On 05/11/2008 I’m using this rack to store my clip earrings, and it is extremely attractive and stable. I’m able to clip pairs of earrings to both the tops and bottoms of the horizontal bars, which means I can store more pairs!

Dave Morrison has been creating unusual natural woodenware for over 15 years in his studio in Concord, NH. Dave uses no stains and works with the natural elements of the wood to create his designs. He is a self taught craftsman and all the pieces are original, one-of-a-kind pieces of art. Drawers are cut out of the natural piece of wood and lined for a finished bottom and sides.

For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
