	10 On 12/30/2010 The pictures do not due this piece of art justice. The depth of the grain is stunning, and the joint fits are just perfect. Even the wood inside is special. When you see the prices of similar jewelry boxes and see that these are so special, the price is a great buy for such a special item. If you can’t tell yet, I’m very happy!

	10 On 5/2/2012 First, I liked that the company is in Michigan. Second, I really liked the box of walnut and cherry. Filling out the on-line engraving form was easy to do, and it all came out beautiful. I never got to see it ’’live’’ as it was shipped by you (Artcraft Gifts) direct to the recipient. A huge bonus was that one of your employees (Martha) called to confirm the order and arranged with other Mikutowski-ites to get it shipped in time - on short notice - to the birthday girl, who was delighted with it. 	10 On 1/21/2010 I *love* my new necklace/earring case! I have another Mikutowski jewelry box, but it was getting so cluttered with all my pieces, plus it had no necklace or earring hangers. I took one look at this piece and thought it was the perfect solution! The box arrived shortly after the order was placed and was protectively wrapped very well. Now, everything is beautifully organized and my silver necklaces will not tarnish so quickly being stored in the box. The cherry on top is that the box itself is a lovely art piece when closed.
	10 On 1/9/2010 We loved the design and workmenship of this beautiful necklace cabinet. We did not get the correct box when I showed up a the shipping center as pictured above. We accidently received the box with and emblem on the cover. My wife still loves it so we kept it instead of returning it. We have been buying item from Porterhouse for years. You carry very nice merchandise.

Item Information: Exquisite Handmade wooden jewelry boxes, finely crafted and designed by Mike Mikutowski of Mikutowski Woodwork Studio in Menominee, MI. Made entirely in the USA, Mikutowski’s unmatched old world craftsmanship uses only the finest selection of natural exotic hardwoods, and hinges are the only hardware. Polished by hand and finished with a clear lacquer, these pieces can be enjoyed for generations to come. Compartments are lined with gray or beige velvet for earrings and rings, and there is an elastic gray velvet pocket for storing items. Available with or without decorative inlaid medallions. Medallions and the availability of certain woods may vary. We will work closely with you and the artisan to find a box that you will treasure forever.

Please be aware of your orders availability as is noted. If you are in a rush, please make sure you select an “IN STOCK" item. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
