Hello Ann You are fabulous! I could never imagine receiving my item the day after ordering. ( Even with UPS from VT to MA ! ) Ann, one of the reasons why I chose your site for this item was your shipping policy, but the reviews made it sound like each of the customers felt like they had experienced a personal transaction. You just don’t get that on web sites. Modern ’’conveniences’’ just can’t compare to good ol’ fashioned customer service. Based on the reviews, I felt confident that my order would arrive on time (By Saturday) and it did - so fast that I’m still amazed. A computerized transaction from a large company would have cost me an obscene amount of money for a rush delivery. (And it still would have taken at least 2 days!) This was a last minute idea for my 7th wedding anniversary. I looked up the ’’traditional’’ gift for the 7th year of marriage and learned that it is copper. I have heard that, among other things, oak trees symbolize many attributes found in a good marriage - Stability, strength, honor, & endurance. Being a person who loves finding gifts that fit a sentiment, I was SO excited to find this product. |
