Very nice. But, when I ordered this item, the description did not match the item. Hopefully that has been corrected. I knew what I would end up with but, someone else might not realize the mistake & be very disappointed. (Boulder, Colorado)

This is exactly what I was looking for. Borders stopped selling their sushi kits so I had no idea where to find this. On Amazon, they have kits with only food and bamboo, or a kit with the plates with no bamboo. I need all and this kit is great, and not cheaply made. And surprisingly, the box is really nice, black with symbols in the middle. I got it for my wife’s birthday and she loved it! |

It was packaged just like in the picture. All the pieces are of very good quality and the color is beautiful. I got it as a gift for my boyfriend, but since we’ll get to share the set I guess it’s also a gift for me:). |

I purchased this for my girlfriend around christmas time, the first thing i was impressed with was the speed of the shipping, it arrived within a week without me paying for quick shipping! Upon her opening it I was impressed with the presentation, nothing was broken, and everything was wrapped nicely. The gift went over very well, she ordered takeout just to use them the next day! |

My nephew had asked me to teach him how to make sushi so I thought this would be the perfect Christmas gift. I searched the Web forever to find a simple but contemporary Asian themed sushi set and this is perfect. I love it and I’m sure he will as well. I wish you had a matching sake or tea set, or rice/soup bowls to go with it. |

For Damaged Items:
Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.
No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
