	10 On 9/12/2010 I have been searching for a simple, attractive mug which would hold a hefty cup of Pero for years. All I can say is, I am glad I ordered eight! I highly recommend this company and the quality of their products!

Item Information: Small handmade pottery stoneware mugs by Brian Kunkelman Pottery in Mohnton, PA. Brian personally hand crafts each of his award-winning, high fired stoneware as a completely functional work of art. All stoneware is lead free, oven proof and dish washer safe.

Sizing: 5.5" tall with a 4 1/2" diameter. Holds approximately 24 oz.

Kunkelman Pottery-Brian Kunkelman has been creating award-winning pottery since 1978. For 26 years he has been hand turning and hand finishing functional “good honest pottery.” To be able to use a piece of art is the drive behind the Kunkelman’s collection. All the work is high-fired reduction stoneware, and is lead free, oven proof, and dishwasher safe. Brian works alone in his Mohnton, PA studio. He has mastered the potter’s wheel as well as the relationship between clay and glaze. All his glazes are warm and inviting and enhance any food presentation. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
