	10 On 02/18/2013 Ordered this 20 oz. mug and another one similar in color for my brother for Valentine’s Day. He was really happy and appreciative because the mugs have large handles for large hands. Also, the mugs hold a LOT of coffee, which is great for coffee drinkers, like him. The coloration was beautiful and blended in with other pottery my brother and his wife have. Couldn’t be happier!!! Also, mugs arrived safe and sound, not broken or cracked! 	10 On 11/05/2012 I purchased four of these Handwarmer mugs after being shown one by a friend. I purchased two in the mossy creek color pattern and two in another pattern. The arrived safely and are each beautiful and unique. They are also signed and dated on the bottom which is kinda cool. I am planning to use them as Christmas gifts this year and will add some tea, coffee, or hot chocolate to complete the gift. 	10 On 09/12/2012 Firstly let me say I am a pottery lover, especially if it can be used in dishwasher and oven! I bought one of these mugs on vacation and when I got home everyone who saw it loved it. I have just bought 6 more as gifts, they are extremely durable and look wonderful and of course because they are a hand warmer they are also a conversation piece. I just love handing a friend their coffee and seeing their face as they wonder how to hold it. Very novel idea, congrats. Bob and Corina Neher are the proud owners of Clay In Motion, Inc pottery studio located in Milton-Freewater, Oregon, Established in 1981. The functional items they market are their prime concern. Each handmade, hand decorated piece is fired at 2200 degrees Fahrenheit and are lead free, dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe. All of the clay used at the studio is of the highest grade giving it a smooth texture and high density. They prepare and mix all their own glazes in order to control the contents. There are twelve steps in making a quality piece of pottery, the final one being to inspect each piece to ensure the finest handmade quality possible.

For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
