	10 On 04/14/2013 The first time that I saw some of the Ditton Pottery collection was at a local farmers market. Each piece was beautifully handcrafted. I purchased a bowl at that time and was so pleased with the beauty and quality of the bowl that I wanted another piece to compliment it and subsequently purchased the vase. There are so many gorgeous pieces in this collection it is hard to chose. I am sure I will be adding another soon. The dinnerware is quite beautiful, as well. 	10 On 12/17/2012 Quality workmanship, beautiful design and colors make these mugs not only practical, but pretty enough to display. I like that they are both microwaveable and dishwasher safe. 	10 On 9/20/2010 After breaking my favourite mug of many years, I found this mug online and hoped it would be as pretty as it looked. It is far more beautiful than my old favourite and very functional for a serious tea drinker. I look forward to buying another. View Item

Item Information: Large Handmade pottery table Lamps - assorted shapes styles and glazes by Allan Ditton Pottery. All high fired stoneware pieces are hand-made and designed, so no two will look identical. The matte textured, terracotta colored glaze found on the rims and tops of all pieces are water tight, lead free and safe for the dishwasher.

Allan Ditton Pottery from Atamont, NY is made of high fired stoneware that is food safe. Because each piece is handmade and designed, no two will look identical. The matte textured, terracotta colored glaze found on the rims and tops of all their pieces are water tight and food safe. These pieces are safe for the dishwasher and oeven, provided that you place them in a cool oven and heat them up to cooking tempurature along with the food and the oven at the same time. The dinnerware should not be placed in the microwave, however, the mugs and bowls are microwave safe.

For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
