This coffee mug is fantastic. My husband is the coffee drinker and broke his favorite mug so i searched online till I found this one. He is happy, he says the mug is lighter than he expected which is also good, and his hands are perfect for the nice big handle. The colors are beautiful. We know where we will go for other pottery once we move to the Northeast, |

I love this mug!! I got one for xmas and had to have another. I will be ordering 2 more of these so I’ll have a set. Craftmanship is wonderful and the colers are so beautiful! It’s nice and big and the customer service was excellent. I had a small mix up and contacted laurie and she took care of it for me right away and was very nice and curteous. Very rare now aday!! Thank you all so much!! |

I really love this mug because it is solid, and substantial. Not too heavy but a very comfortable feel in the hand. The handle is a great size for a mans hand or a womans. Also the color and skill in making this piece is exceptional. The design is beautiful. These are all lovely! Each color is bright and lively, they hold a hefty amount of hot liquid (which my husband was looking for). Easy to hold, comfortable in the hand. I purchased several different colors so we can identify ’’my’’ mug. They arrived in great condition, not so much overpacking that i had piles of leftover plastic and packing noodles. They arrived in a timely fashion, and i will order from this site again! |

For Damaged Items:
Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.
No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
