3/18/2011	Very cool clock! Funky & unique. My wife & I saw this down in Key West last year & thought we could find it for much less elsewhere. We took another trip to Orlando this time & saw it in a store there. Still, we thought we could find it for less. The website price was not that much less than what the stores were offering. My wife really wanted it & I got tired of waiting for an online sale. I even checked weekly all through Christmas! This site never has a sale! Cool looking clock but do not waste your time waiting for a sale on this website if you really want the item. It is clear that the only way to save money on this site is to make more purchases. Really, who’s winning? I’m getting 10% off my next purchase just for doing this survey! whoopy(Can you sense the sarcasm?)....I am proud to pay my taxes. I would have preferred free shipping off the next purchase.I think this site will gain more business if they dropped this old school ACG points gimmick. I already have a Subway sandwich card. I don’t need an online version. Mark your items down occasionally. Or offer free shipping for a minimum purchase. But the clock, the clock’s great!
3/18/2011	I just wanted to say a quick thank you for the handcrafted clipboard. It is well made and is everything I hoped it would be. I ecspecially want to say how impressed I was when I got a call from the company to explain that there might be a slight variation from the picture on the website, and to see if that was okay with me; which it was. That, in my opinion, is an excellent example of customer relations. Thank you.

By necessity, their instruments were light - a fiddle, a clarinet, an accordion and perhaps a drum - and their music expressed a range of human emotions - from immense joy to profound sorrow - because klezmer music is the music of life. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
