	10 On 12/28/2012 Our son asked for this puzzle. He has worked others at a friend’s house and thinks they are fun. He is getting married and plans to rotate puzzles for their friends to try and solve when they come over. The designs are great, the quality is superior, and they are fun! 	10 On 1/3/2011 These turned out to be great gifts. I got a different puzzle for each person on my staff as a holiday gift, combined with a contribution in their name to a local charity. Since giving them out I get regular reports of who solved which puzzle, who else in the family tried it, etc. A real group cohesion builder. they’re high quality and a lot of fun. View Item

Tucker Jones Tavern Puzzles The Tavern Puzzle Collection was created by Dennis Sucilsky from East Setauket, NY. Dennis is a museum trained, traditional blacksmith. His specialty in 18th and 19th century architectural hardware led him to discover hand forged artifacts. These early century puzzles have been reproduced by Dennis since 1980. Each puzzle is mechanical in nature; removal of the object piece does not rely on force or trickery. All the puzzles are handcrafted and individually assembled in the U.S.A.

Please be aware of your orders availability as is noted. If you are in a rush, please make sure you select an “IN STOCK" item. Our items are seasonal and unique, and as such we cannot stock everything everyone wants, thus we allow preorders. If you preorder, please be aware that there might not be enough demand for the artist to remake your item; however, for more popular items your 'Preorder' puts you on top of the Queue as there are often backorders during holiday times. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
