This menorah is beautiful. We enjoyed using it during Hanukkah and it is on display for the rest of the year. I feel a sense of beauty and peace each time I look at it. Customer service was very helpful. Would not hesitate to order from you in the future.

This was an excellent presentation piece for a wedding. The wedding glass includes an attractive bag and box literature explaining the wedding tradition. We were very pleased with the price and quality of the item and intend to utilize the shards in another item available from Rosenthal.

It came exactly as ordered, and in a timely fashion. As it is not always easy to buy online, it’s nice to know that the merchandise is of the quality that one would expect!

Our items are seasonal and unique, and as such we cannot stock everything everyone wants, thus we allow preorders. If you preorder, please be aware that there might not be enough demand for the artist to remake your item; however, for more popular items your 'Preorder' puts you on top of the Queue as there are often backorders during holiday times. If you Preorder a Personalized item, please append the shipping delay with the personalization lead time.

For Damaged Items:
Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.
No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
