I could not be more pleased and perhaps could have paid more for another box, but it could not be any nicer than this one. My granddaughter is going to love it. 	10 On 03/03/2013 Bought this for my nephew for his 1st bday. It seems by age 1 the toys really pile up and this is a very affordable and solid chest. Nothing crazy fancy and can work with any room. I got this in blue with green lettering and it pops. And the best part about the order, placed it on a Friday, shipped Monday and delivered Tuesday. My nephew got an early bday present thanks to their speedy service. Which means the toys are cleaned up. - GD

	9 On 12/10/2012 My husband and I purchased a toy chest for our niece for Christmas and we couldn’t be happier with the product. It’s solid and durable, which is a must for a toddler’s room. The personalization of her name is perfect and it was relatively easy to assemble (you definitely need 2 people!). We ran into a bit of an issue with a few of the screw holes not being deep enough to accommodate the included hardware but that was nothing that we couldn’t fix ourselves with a bit of elbow grease. My only complaint is that there are 2 noticeable metal joint thingamajigs (not sure of the technical term) right on the front and pretty noticeable. I wish the toy box would have come with stickers to put over those so that they blend in. All in all, I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. Customer service was helpful and shipping was quick (roughly a week). If you’re looking for a high quality toy box, I definitely suggest Artcraft Gifts. I researched more than a dozen from various retailers before settling on this one. The chest that I purchased was nicer and more affordable than any of the others that I considered. 	10 On 04/10/2013 I liked the fact that the product was delivered within 2-3 days of my order. I did not like the quality of the product though. The personalized name on the product was a bunch of letter stickers that I was able to very easily peel off. When I was putting the product together it chipped and scratched easily. I am very disappointed with this product. I never order anything on line and now I know that I never will again. I hope you add this to your website even though it is a negative review for your product. This is not a negative review of your company. Also, please do not send me a coupon, if I am still eligible. Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
