The item is as described and the personalization is great. However, what I like best is the customer service. This was the cutest thing I have ever seen and for the right price. Looks very well made. My daughter loves ladybugs and she is starting Kindergarten in a couple weeks, so this will be perfect. She was very surprised when I showed it to her. It didn’t take very long to get in the mail, very pleased! |

It have taken some time for the item to be ready (personalization), but when I have contacted the customer service they were really nice. It appeared that lunchbox was in the final process already. I guess because I was asking about delivery dates (I have needed it soon), the company managed to send it out the same day, and I got it delivered in two days. Now, the lunchbox itself - my daughter was really excited to get it. It is really really cute, looks even better ’’in person’’, than on a photo. Nicely sewn and embroidered. Was packed in matching color tissue too. It is a really good present for my daughter’s first day at her new preschool. I hope it would work for her for a long time. It looks sturdy enough. THANKS!!! |

My daughter loves it...She’s 2 1/2 years old with a very unique lunch box. Its not made of heavy duty materials, but it does the job and it even has a strap inside to hold her drink in place. Oh and as a bonus it arrived in just a few days w/o paying for extra shipping...Thanks again! |

For Exchanges:

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
