The go-go bag backpack-girl monkey by Stephen Joseph was cute, fun, and durable. It will be easy to clean since it was heavy duty vinyl. It was just the thing that I was looking for and our grand daughter was delighted with it. |

Very cute! Well-made and good size. The monkeys are actually sewn onto the backpack in layers so it looks really expensive for such a reasonable price. The personalization was very easy to read and placed in the perfect spot. Thanks. |

The best advice anyone ever gave was to pack a small bookbag of toys for the car so if I ever get stuck somewhere my daughter has hours of entertainment. So as the holidays rolled around I decided to pass this on with this personalized bag. My friend was thrilled! It matched her daughter’s room theme but was still feminine with pink. I totally endorse this on quality, cute factor and cost! |

My K-3’er required a backpack to fit her school folder. This is the smallest pack I could find for that purpose. Have had it for about one month. Material is thick & I don’t expect it to rip or wear prematurely. Attention to detail in sewn appliques is amazing. I ordered this without personalization & it looks great...doesn’t look like blank space where there is something missing. Note that the straps are not padded & not able to be adjusted for very snug fit on my 25-lb. girl, but that works well for us: is very easy for her to slip on & off without help. Reasons for not rating it a ’’10’’: only one zippered compartment inside this particular pack; an outside pocket/compartment would be helpful. I highly recommend this adorable backpack for your monkey-crazy girl. |

I was looking for a nice firetruck backpack and the design on this one was a lot nicer than any other one that I could find on the internet. I was really pleased with the quality of the embroidering. My 5 year old daughter loves, loves this adorable bag, perfect size for Kindergardener’s. If you get it personalized you will be very happy with the work and the way the color pop’s on the bag. Well made and very sturdy. The only negative issue I have with the bag, is there is only one zippered compartment, not compartments as the description states, other then that I’m glad I bought this bag and the money spent was well worth it. - Deanna V (Sacramento, California) |

Very Pleased! Gave it to my daughter for her 4th Bday she loves Ladybugs which is also a nick name for her from Mommy & Daddy and when she opened it she waas very excited about it!! Quality is wonderful seems like it will last FOREVER!! Worth every penny spent! I actually feel like it was a steal for what we got. Wasn’t expecting it to be as great as it is. Would definitely purchase again!! Oh and customer service was just as great!! |

I love our new diaper bag for our son. My husband especially loves the fact that it’s a backpack, he doesn’t mind carrying the bag now :) The only negative comment I have is that the monogram is very small for the space it is in, other than that it’s a great purchase!! This is a really cute backpack for my three year old. It’s small and light enough for him to carry but the dimensions are still big enough to fit his folder, clothes & lunch. It also seems sturdy and easy to clean. The embroidered name turned out really well so all in all I’m very pleased. |

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
