01/23/2013	I got this and the butterfly for my niece and nephew and I was a little apprehensive because I couldn’t find reviews for the site online but after my order I kept in touch with customer service which was excellent so we knew we could expect a good product, and it was! I loved the workmanship and the embroidery exactly mat he’s the display, and was shipped exactly when customer service said it would, and my adorable nephew and niece look adorable!. If there is one flaw I did find its that I had hoped that the names would occupy a greater proportion of the panel but when u went back and looked at the approximate image that comes up at the time of order it seemed accurate and I’m sure that if I had specified what I wanted they would’ve accommodated it. I would recommend and order from them again. Thank you!

Please be aware of your orders availability as is noted. If you are in a rush, please make sure you select an “IN STOCK" item. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
