This is just the cutest piggy bank I’ve encountered in a long tie. My granddaughter was absolutely delighted when she saw it. I ordered two others for two of my great nieces and may order again when the youngest niece gets a little older. I am rating the piggy bank as a 10. My grandson loved his present. Only thing I did not like was that the company that made this product emailed me a UPS tracking number way to soon. It took about a week till the product finally was shipped. They would have been better off emailing me when the piggy bank was shipped! Hi, just wanted to let you know that the piggy bank I ordered was just adorable. I chose to have it monogramed in blue and was pleasantly surprised to find that the letters were more of a royal blue than online and they had outlined the blue with green. It was a very nice touch. The bank was the perfect size to sit on the dresser or a shelf. ( I was concerned that it was going to be small when I read the online measurements, but it was not.) Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
