	10 On 03/02/2013 The plush stuffed animal backpack (cat) was received in very good condition. It is of excellent quality. It was ordered as a birthday gift for our 5 year old Granddaughter. She was excited when she received it and likes it very much. She takes it everywhere. However, shipping was not very good. The item was order was ordered out of VT. somewhere. I was told there was plenty of time for it to arrive by 1-11-13, the day we had to leave to go to her party out of town. It was order 12-28-12 from VT., shipped 1-2-13 from CALIF. and arrived in Dunwoody, GA. on 1-10-13, just before we left town the next morning. I think 9 days is to long, even from CALIF. The names look perfect, the toys are adorable, and I think they will love them. 	10 On 5/29/2012 When i first saw these a vendor had them at the Pomona fair i was like, wow, how cute and small, just for little people. since then, i have found your products and i’m so glad because the ones i bought are for 2 baby showers that a coming up, and 2 for my grandchildren. Item Information: Kids plush stuffed animal trolley backpacks from Kreative Kids of Pomona, Ca. These adorable trolley backpacks will hold your child’s treasures and provide a stuffed animal friend. Adjustable handle collapses to convert from a trolley to a backpack. The plush, cuddly stuffed animal is easily removed from the backpack for quiet cuddling or playtime fun! Backpack comes with sturdy handle and easy roll wheels. Dimensions are 10" x 11" x 4" deep (stuffed animal adds about 2" to depth).

Sizing: 14" tall x 10" wide x 6" deep. The plush animal on front adds about 2" to depth.

For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
