	10 On 04/10/2013 I liked the fact that the product was delivered within 2-3 days of my order. I did not like the quality of the product though. The personalized name on the product was a bunch of letter stickers that I was able to very easily peel off. When I was putting the product together it chipped and scratched easily. I am very disappointed with this product. I never order anything on line and now I know that I never will again. I hope you add this to your website even though it is a negative review for your product. This is not a negative review of your company. Also, please do not send me a coupon, if I am still eligible. 	10 On 04/04/2013 Absolutely beautiful toy box. Not one single complaint. Large, well constructed and only took my husband about an hour to put together. The personalization was perfection. I could not be more pleased and perhaps could have paid more for another box, but it could not be any nicer than this one. My granddaughter is going to love it. FAST, FAST shipping, even with the personalization it only took 4 days from my initial order. Not a blemish anywhere. Very, very pleased and highly recommend. Please be aware of your orders availability as is noted. If you are in a rush, please make sure you select an “IN STOCK" item. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
