	10 On 3/19/2012 I bought this item for my niece for a birthday present. She is in pre school and absolutely loved it. She especially loved the fact that she can remove the stuffed lady bug and play with it separately and sleep with it. It is well made and just adorable. I guess the only negative thing would be that it needed to be a little bit bigger. She wanted to put her folder for pre school in it but it wouldn’t fit. Her mom told her she could use it for sleepovers and that seemed to satisfy her. All in all it is a great product. - Teresa G (Albion, Iowa)

	10 On 11/27/2010 The back pack was larger than I anticipated and the lady bug is so adorable! My granddaughter will be so excited when she sees it at Christmas. The pull behind feature is great! She has always wanted a suit case that she can pull and this is just the right size for a 3 year old. she can put all her travel items in there and will be set for the Christmas travel season. It is great that it also converts into a backpack. Wonderful idea!!!!!
	10 On 2/22/2010 I haven’t seen this item either as it was sent directly to my grandson. However, I have seen a picture of him pulling it all over his house. I know he really loves it.
	10 On 12/28/2010 This item was just as advertised. I bought it for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter and she spent Christmas Eve rolling it around everywhere. She loved it and I thought it was just as cute as could be. It was very plush and soft and worked as advertised.

	10 On 5/22/2011 Our kids want their own little bags for an upcoming holiday. With a 2yo and a 5yo, it is important to have one suitable for their age, while also being easy for us to deal with. The bag COMPLETELY detaches from the trolley; the trolley handle locks easily at any height; the monkey is soft and approachable (*grin*) and the inside is the right size for storing toddler items. 	10 On 2/23/2011 I bought this backpack for my nephew’s second birthday. He loved it immediately! My brother-in-law travels a lot for work, so my nephew knew it’s purpose right away. When he sees his father’s luggage at the door, he packs his monkey bag with his blanket and toys, puts it next to his father’s bag, and says, ’’Bye Bye.’’ He carries the detachable monkey with him around the house and to church, even asking my sister to put a diaper on the monkey, like his newborn baby brother wears. Definitely the best $30 gift I have ever given a child!

	10 On 03/02/2013 The plush stuffed animal backpack (cat) was received in very good condition. It is of excellent quality. It was ordered as a birthday gift for our 5 year old Granddaughter. She was excited when she received it and likes it very much. She takes it everywhere. However, shipping was not very good. The item was order was ordered out of VT. somewhere. I was told there was plenty of time for it to arrive by 1-11-13, the day we had to leave to go to her party out of town. It was order 12-28-12 from VT., shipped 1-2-13 from CALIF. and arrived in Dunwoody, GA. on 1-10-13, just before we left town the next morning. I think 9 days is to long, even from CALIF. 	10 On 01/28/2013 This backpack is adorable! I purchased one for each of my daughters, pink with a frog and purple with a horse embroidered with their names. The names look perfect, the toys are adorable, and I think they will love them. Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
