	10 On 06/22/2010 This growth chart is absolutely adorable! It is excellent quality, and I love how it folds in half for easy moving and storage (we move a lot)! I have 3 other growth charts from 3 other companies and this is my favorite! I also like that is has 6 photo slots - that is what you really want to see - how your child has grown up through the years. Completely satisfied with this product.
	10 On 01/05/2010 The growth chart is fantastic! I love the bright colors, the variety of bugs, the opportunity to include several pictures as she grows older, AND it is easy to see the height lines to mark dates of growth. I thought this might be difficult with all the colors, but they are readily apparent. GREAT! Only suggestion would be to begin height markings at 2 feet for female product, or perhaps offer that option for those of us who are vertically challenged!!
	10 On 07/08/2009 I am very happy with this product and feel it was well worth the money. It is well made and looks great in my daughter’s bedroom. It is also the only growth chart that I found that goes to 6 feet. Customer service was excellent and shipping was quick.

	10 On 11/20/2009 This item is a beautiful and longlasting keepsake. Not only is it an artful way to record my grandson’s growth but it provides a place to put his picture at various times during his growing years. I love it and The Good Lord willing, he will have it to share with his children.

	10 On 08/17/2009 It was beautifully crafted and very pretty. Her name was well scripted and looked perfect for a little girl. Her parents were very happy to receive it. The only issue was that it started at 3 feet. Being 1, she is not quite that tall and won’t be able to use it for a little bit...but it will serve her for years.

	10 On 07/13/2009 I just gave the growth chart as a 1st birthday gift yesterday. The recipiant loved it! It is so unique and well crafted. All the guests went on and on about it! The personalization made the gift even more special.

	9 On 01/26/2009 Beautiful growth chart than arrived in time for our daughter’s second birthday. The only issue we have is that we didn’t notice that it begins at 3’ since the other three growth charts we’ve purchased for our sons (from different makers/suppliers) all started at 2.5’ and it highly unlikely that our daughter (or most girls I imagine) will grow to 6’ tall, then again the boys one’s only go to 5’6’’ and they will probably eventually grow past that measurement. I suppose we can just hang hers 6’’ lower to align with the other ones and just subtract 6’’ from the measurement. Thanks.
	10 On 01/09/2009 This chart turned out to be absolutely beautiful, it was a gift for our niece. Her parents loved it especially since they will be moving soon and can now take with them her chart of growth. It is of great quality and absolutely wonderful!
	9 On 01/05/2009 Beautiful and a true treasure to have; one concern. . . it starts at 3 feet 6 inches and goes to 6 feet! It would be more appropriate to start at 2 feet and let the child see progress earlier in life. I don’t think our 6 foot daughter will be as excited to measure as she is now at 25’’.

For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
