Ranjit Singh and Shri Singh both hold doctorate degrees in Metallurgy & Material Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. They developed a Diamond Essence jewel that is not a mass produced product. It is the result of a relatively new and exclusive process in which rare minerals must first be extracted from the earth, refined and then melted at a constant temperature above 5,000 F- almost two times the heat required to melt steel- to slowly crystallize and form Diamond Essence rough crystalline pieces with the essence of diamonds.
