	10 On 01/22/2013 I give the pin a 10. When my mother pasted away 2 years ago I ment to buy one for myself and both sisters. But the oldest was diagnoised with cancer shortly after and I worried that she may die. She came through it fine and so I bought the pins. They are just like the picture. I have given the first one to the middle sister for her birthday and she loves it. The 3 sisters are even shaped like each of us. I couldn’t be more pleased. The price was great too. 	10 On 10/08/2012 I have given one to each of my sisters for their birthdays and I have one myself. The meal finish on this is very clean-no pitting or blemishes. Not so big as to dominate whatever you’re wearing. There is a family reunion soon and I’m sure we’ll be wearing our pins.

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
