	10 On 2/14/2011 I love the patchouli scent of the Earth candle. I only burn soy candles due to their natural burn. The tins are great and I would love the Earth scent in your glass containers as well.

Bennington Candle is a small company established in 1997 located in Bennington Vermont. Their commitment to quality and the desire to produce the finest aromatherapy candle line is what makes them one of the leaders in the aromatherapy candle industry. All the candles are hand poured in their studio in Southern Vermont. The Paraffin Wax line uses the finest grade paraffin wax. The wax is formulated so that the candles produce a long lasting luminous glow. The candles unique aromas are from their own blends of essential oils. The scents have been proven to lift spirits and change moods. The mottled look is from the slow cooling process, which allows dissolved air to come to the surface of the candle. The candles are made with 100% cotton wicks. Enjoy the experience.

Please be aware of your orders availability as is noted. If you are in a rush, please make sure you select an “IN STOCK" item. For Damaged Items:

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

For Refunds:

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
