Even cuter in person. Great bag for an overnight or weekend trip and enough pockets to keep things organized. Shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Personalized name stitching appears well done and is not fraying or tearing. |

It have taken some time for the item to be ready (personalization), but when I have contacted the customer service they were really nice. It appeared that lunchbox was in the final process already. I guess because I was asking about delivery dates (I have needed it soon), the company managed to send it out the same day, and I got it delivered in two days. Now, the lunchbox itself - my daughter was really excited to get it. It is really really cute, looks even better ’’in person’’, than on a photo. Nicely sewn and embroidered. Was packed in matching color tissue too. It is a really good present for my daughter’s first day at her new preschool. I hope it would work for her for a long time. It looks sturdy enough. THANKS!!! |

3) PREORDER items have a noted shipping delay [as to when it ships out, NOT when it is delivered] (found next to the "add to cart" button). Preorders are based on availability, and you would be notified if the shipment will be longer then expected, or if the item has a backorder.
4) PERSONALIZATIONS: if your item(s) have a personalization request, there may be a Noted extra lead time next to the personalization option you select. Please be advised.
Please be aware of your orders availability as is noted. If you are in a rush, please make sure you select an “IN STOCK" item. Our items are seasonal and unique, and as such we cannot stock everything everyone wants, thus we allow preorders. If you preorder, please be aware that there might not be enough demand for the artist to remake your item; however, for more popular items your 'Preorder' puts you on top of the Queue as there are often backorders during holiday times. If you Preorder a Personalized item, please append the shipping delay with the personalization lead time.

For Damaged Items:
Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.
No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
