Bottle and engraving turned out great. Exactly like the picture. This was a Christmas gift for my father-in-law’s girlfriend. She loves wine, but after 3 straight years of giving her a bottle of Chardonnay, I was so happy to finally have a unique gift for her. She LOVED it! |

I purchased 25 of these in an assortment of blue, green and yellow for shower hostess gifts. They arrived promptly and are great quality. My only complaint is that when I ordered them I selected complimentary gift wrapping and none of them came gift wrapped. Other than that, a perfect experience! (Texas) |

I was beyond impressed when I received my multiple wine bottle cheese boards. Although the wrapping I requested was beautifully done, I did open one to see what it looked like. The cheese boards are of very good quality and look even better than the picture on the website. I also could not believe how fast I received them. Recycled melted glass wine bottle cheese board platters with stainless steel spreaders by Wild Eye Designs. Each is individually handcrafted using an intense heating process to melt, then gently cool. A really cool, multi-functional idea for the home! Use this platter for fruits, cheese and various appetizers. Great gift for the hostess or chef. Air bubbles may be present due to the hand crafted nature of the glass.

For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
