This was a gift for a friend. We thought it was a cute idea, she loves wine and shoes so this was the perfect gift. Its hard to buy things on line because you never know what youre going to get. I purchased 25 of these in an assortment of blue, green and yellow for shower hostess gifts. They arrived promptly and are great quality. My only complaint is that when I ordered them I selected complimentary gift wrapping and none of them came gift wrapped. Other than that, a perfect experience! (Texas)

I was beyond impressed when I received my multiple wine bottle cheese boards. Although the wrapping I requested was beautifully done, I did open one to see what it looked like. The cheese boards are of very good quality and look even better than the picture on the website. I also could not believe how fast I received them. For Damaged Items:
Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
