I bought this knife (engraved)for my husband as a gift and he loves it! Not only is the artwork beautiful, he says the blades are perfectly sharp for what he will use it for. I would recommend this knife to anyone that loves fishing or the outdoors! |

Very nice quality knife, and the engraving looked fantastic! It’s a comfortable size for a man to carry in his pocket. I purchased this for my husband on our 14th wedding anniversary, and chose the scrimshaw because it was the closest thing I could think of for the traditional ’’ivory’’ anniversary gift. Purchased this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He LOVED the knife and especially appreciated the beautiful etching. He is an avid fly fisherman, so this knife immediately went into his pocket and that’s the last I’ve seen of it. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. I am sure I will like the money clip if and when I receive it. I ordered it on 12/28/10 and just received notice a day or so ago about it being shipped. Today is the 23rd of January. I called around mid month and spoke to an indifferent person at your place who said she thought it would be shipped the following Friday. |

The customer service was excellent. Apparently there was a scratch on the item that was noticed prior to engraving and it was not satisfactory for Porter House Crafts to send out. I was notified and they ordered another one for me that was up to their expectations. Although the gift was delayed I was ok with that because I knew it was done correctly. The recipient loved the gift. I’d use this company again just because of it’s great customer service. |

Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.
No returns for STUDIO DIRECT orders unless damaged; handled at the discretion of the artist.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
