	10 On 04/13/2013 I love birds and animals in general, so I completely fell in love with this peacock clock when I first saw it. I had to have it, of course, and was no disappointed. The craftmanship is excellent, and it’s easy to hang. I put it in my bathroom that is done up in difference shades of turquoise, and it looks just lovely. I’ve received many compliments on it, and I’ve yet to be disappointed with any Michelle Allen products. This is a great buy! :) I also love that I got the clock in a timely manner. 	10 On 04/13/2013 I love turtles and Michelle Allen, so purchasing this product was essentially a no brainer. It’s even more beautiful that is pictured on the site, since the green is brighter and more vibrant. I bought it for one of my patient rooms in my Pediatric Office, and it looks lovely. I’m happy to finally own it, and the product arrived in a timely manner from this site. I recently moved to a new Pediatrics office, and was looking for cute clocks and other colorful decor for the patient rooms. 	10 On 01/16/2013 I’ve wanted this clock for YEARS as it resembles my favorite dog who is 14 and not long for this world. After he is gone, I’d hoped this clock would make me smile everytime I think of my dog. However, a very broad (4’’ - 5’’)diagonal (clear coat?) brush stroke from left ear to mouth is distracting and creates a reflective shine that makes the clock difficult to see from several angles. 	10 On 7/2/2012 I love, love, love my new kitty clock !!!! It is exactly as pictured on porterhousecrafts.com I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. The colors are so vibrant, the kitty is just quirky enough and I love the pendulum. I wish Allen Designs made this clock a bit larger because it’s just so cute. 	10 On 6/18/2012 This is the second of these clocks I have purchased. I noticed the hanging device on the back was different and it had a coating on the top of the print that the last one did not. I was worried about the device on the back as it was cockeyed so I called the company to inquire. They were very nice and they called Allen Design and found out that was a ’’new’’ design. We gave it to our vet as a ’’thank you’’ for all the kind things he does for our cat rescue group. He was thrilled with it and hung it up on the spot. Now when ever he sees it he will remember how much we appreciate him and his staff. We are going to get him the Golden Retriever for Christmas as he has a GR puppy. For Exchanges:

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:
