	10 On 04/13/2013 I love turtles and Michelle Allen, so purchasing this product was essentially a no brainer. It’s even more beautiful that is pictured on the site, since the green is brighter and more vibrant. I bought it for one of my patient rooms in my Pediatric Office, and it looks lovely. 	10 On 04/13/2013 I’m a huge fan of Michelle Allen clocks, and have been meaning to purchase this colorful clock for awhile now. I’m happy to finally own it, and the product arrived in a timely manner from this site. I recently moved to a new Pediatrics office, and was looking for cute clocks and other colorful decor for the patient rooms. 	10 On 01/16/2013 I’ve wanted this clock for YEARS as it resembles my favorite dog who is 14 and not long for this world. After he is gone, I’d hoped this clock would make me smile everytime I think of my dog. However, a very broad (4’’ - 5’’)diagonal (clear coat?) brush stroke from left ear to mouth is distracting and creates a reflective shine that makes the clock difficult to see from several angles. Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:
