	10 On 9/28/2011 I absolutely love the frame but I was very disappointed with the order as a whole. I ordered the frame as a part of a gift I planned to give and gave myself two weeks wiggle room for shipping. The site indicated that the item would be sent within 7-12 days but in actuality, the frame was not shipped until 3 weeks after my order. Needless to say it did not come in time for my gift.
	10 On 6/26/2011 Theses are beautiful frames; they compliment any decor, but especially art deco. It is easy to insert photos and the frame readily stands erect. I bought five, and will buy more! I love the look of the same type of frames on my baby grand piano, with family photos nestled inside. Buying on line can sometimes be ’’tricky’’ but the customer service of this site went above and beyond. 	10 On 1/7/2011 This is a great item. My wife and I had seen them in a retail store and she loved it. I put it on her Christmas wish list and ordered it for her from ArtCraft Gifts. This was an excellent gift and using ArtCraft was a great experience. I had no problem finding the item, the prices were reasonable, and shipping was prompt and on time for Christmas. Great Choice!!
	10 On 11/16/2010 I purchased the same frame at a store in Southport NC and thought it would be a great gift for my sister - who is expecting her third grandchild. It is a beautiful frame. The glass makes it a piece that anyone would be thrilled to have out for everyone to see. I just love it and I know my sister will too.

For Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.

We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:

You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.

Late shipment Arrivals:

Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
