I have a special event coming out with a cat theme and I wanted to find scarves for several people to wear. I found this scarf and was thrilled! It is classy yet fun and just what I was looking for! The quality of the material is exceptional and the design is very fun! I liked it so much that I ordered two more after my initial order of 10. The scarves arrived in a very timely manner and I was satisfied with that piece. My only complaint was that I had to order each scarf separately. I couldn’t choose the quantity I wanted. |

I have a twinset that is this exact raspberry color. Wore it with the scarf this weekend to a class reunion.LOVE IT!! very nice quality. I love Laurel Burch designs.So glad I found your site. |

I was thrilled when I saw this scarf, as I have had the Moroccan Mares bag for several years. I am impressed with the quality and the reasonable price of the scarf.I will enjoy wearing it. |

Really love this purse. Wanted something big enough to carry the usual purse stuff and an electronic reader as well. Love the material, the horses really appeal to me, so this is a good fit all the way around, size and looks. Good turn around transaction time, the product reached me in a very timely fashion, on the sooner rather than later side of things. Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Misrepresentation must be agreed to by both parties. Refunds for misrepresented items will include shipping fees, and will be issued once the item(s) comes back to us in saleable condition.
No returns or exchanges for personalized or engraved items unless damaged, or received with an error.

Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
