Really love this purse. Wanted something big enough to carry the usual purse stuff and an electronic reader as well. Love the material, the horses really appeal to me, so this is a good fit all the way around, size and looks. Good turn around transaction time, the product reached me in a very timely fashion, on the sooner rather than later side of things. I love the colors as well as the subject matter on all the Lauren Burch bags. It’s not easy to find the exact one I’m looking for though. The dog bag will be a hit with my friend who is connected to a popular animal shelter here.It’s a gift and I know she will be ecstatic when she gets it. She is soooo into dogs. I love the vivid colors and the design is awesome. I purchased the matching scarf locally in a dept. store but they did not have the purse so was glad to find it on-line. The only thing I would change on the purse is the strap. I got it for my sister she uses it for her little computer and loves it. I kept the horse duffle bag for swimming and just adore it. I get lots of compliments on it. Would be interested in more types of Duffle bags so I could get my other sister one for a swim bag, for her Birthday in July. Not the same pattern. Please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect upon receipt. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (888 362-4789), so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Leave everything in the original box, with the packing materials. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BACK TO US WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST; WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE CREDIT TO YOUR CARD OR STORE CREDIT IF OUR PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLOWED, OR IF THERE IS FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S).
For Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for other items, or for store credit, within a six- month period. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.
For Refunds:
We will issue refunds to your credit card if an item(s) reaches you damaged and you do not want a replacement, or if an item has been misrepresented on our website. Lost or incorrectly delivered packages:
You will be given a tracking number when an item is shipped. If the package becomes lost or does not reach you, we will work with you in filing the proper UPS or USPS claim. Refund based on outcome of insurance claim; we are not liable after package has been successfully turned over to the carrier.
Late shipment Arrivals:
Please bear in mind, when you receive your tracking number, and the carrier has successfully obtained the package, we are not liable for the published or estimated shipment times. They are not guaranteed, especially with weather related delays.
