Erda, Inc Since 1971 Erda has been making bags in her Cambridge, Maine studio. She started making her pocketbooks out of deerskin to the soft leathers and then expanded to contemporary fabrics woven from chenille, linen, cotton and wool. Each bad is a unique design and creation of Erda’s. Her unusual shapes complement her beautiful luxurious chenille fabrics.
