Do you offer secure ordering?

Can i ship an item to multiple addresses?
Yes, of course you can. our checkout system has multiple options for UPS and USPS, 2nd day, ground, etc. For each item you purchase, you may ship to anyone in the united states. Also, be sure to leave a message for the recipient if it is a gift, and we will send it out with each package! Please view our shipping page for more details
Do you accept checks?
No - Unfortunately our products sell out quickly thus making it impossible to hold items for the prolonged period of time it takes for the check to be mailed and cleared by the bank. Sorry.
What is your return policy?
You can return your products for store credit only. Money back only if the product is damaged, or another problem occurs. Money back is at the sole discression of the PorterHouse staff. We would be glad to work with you if there's a problem though. See our policy page for more detail and information.
Can I order more then the "quantity available"?
No, the quantity available on the web is the quantity that we have in the store. At this point in time we cannot act as a catalog and order multiple items for our website. If you fall deeply in love with an item on the web, give us a call and we will see what we can do.
Do you have order tracking?
Upon the completion of your order you will be sent an automatic emailed comfirmation with an order number. Once your product has been shipped, you will recieve an email with a tracking number for either UPS or USPS. At any time you may go to the Order tracking link found on every page.
I got to a page from a search engine and I cant add the item to my cart.
Our catalog pages are updated daily. However, some search engines cache our page (they keep a copy but donít update it as frequently). The products you are looking at are probably sold out. Products sell fast, so shop often!
I processed my credit card and the page turned white, ahhgh?
OK. RELAX our processing partner, authnet may have taken too long to process your credit card, and the page "timed out" for whatever reason. The importaint thing is that your credit card was charged, but the confirmation page timed out due to time elapsed. CHECK YOUR EMAIL to see if you have a confirmation letter. If not, put your order through again, or call toll free 1-888 362 4789 and we will be glad to help you.
Do you have back-order?
All products are unique and many are not reproduced. Over the course of 6 months we sell out of the number of products we actively have. If you see something you like BUY IT because chances are YOU will not see it available again. We have a backorder request option if you really want the item but shipping may be delayed or not even possible.
Do you do free giftwrap?
At the moment we have 9 different giftwraps to choose from. We take time to wrap all your presents individualy, and adorn them with ribbon and a bow.
What are youre store hours?
In the summer we are open from 9:30 am to 6 pm, eastern standard time, Monday through Saturday. Sundays from 10-5. In the Winter, Monday through Friday, we are open from 10-5:30. Saturdays from 9:30-6 and Sundays 10-5.
Do you have in store pickup?
Yes, when you are filling out your order form you have the option to do in-store pick-up instead of shipping. We will hold your item for a maximum of 10 days.
Do you have a mail order catalog?
Coming soon. Sign up for our preferred customer club and you will recieve the first catalog we make!
Do you sell porterhouse steak?
Now I wish we sold porterhouse steaks because we certainly would be eating a lot better here. But unfortunatly for both you and I, we donít, so I am condemed to take-out sandwiches.
