Vermont artist Pavel Babich uses specialized technology combined with painstaking handwork to create unique wooden vases, flowers and cattails. A Russian born artist, Pavel knew what it was like to be penniless. He puts a penny on the bottom of every vase so that anyone who has a piece of his work will never be penniless. The penny on the bottom of every vase is also for good luck.

The wooden vases are each so unique. They add simplicity or elegance to any room, and can be put with other decorations or stand alone by themselves. They make the perfect gift for a family member, co-worker or neighbor.
