The person that I spoke with was full of information and at no time did I get the impression she was going to let me off the line until all facets of my questions had been answered. The product is awesome and my wife was ecstatic! Scored big on this one in meeting the type of material for our anniversary and it being specific to her in that she loves to make spinach dip and serve it, however, I think she has no intentions of doing that with this nice of a plate. Thanks again!
