Purchased this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He LOVED the knife and especially appreciated the beautiful etching. Very nice quality knife, and the engraving looked fantastic! It’s a comfortable size for a man to carry in his pocket. I purchased this for my husband on our 14th wedding anniversary, and chose the scrimshaw because it was the closest thing I could think of for the traditional ’’ivory’’ anniversary gift. I am sure I will like the money clip if and when I receive it. I ordered it on 12/28/10 and just received notice a day or so ago about it being shipped. Today is the 23rd of January. The customer service was excellent. Apparently there was a scratch on the item that was noticed prior to engraving and it was not satisfactory for Porter House Crafts to send out. I was notified and they ordered another one for me that was up to their expectations. Although the gift was delayed I was ok with that because I knew it was done correctly.
