Dolce Mia was founded in 1995 by Jenny and Alex Mountjoy in Berkley, CA. All the pieces are handmade using a unique decoupage process. Printed Images are cut out of paper and glued down to the painted product. A coating of special clear resin is then applied which imparts to the work its disctinctive depth and luminesence. The collection is whimsical, colorful, and fun.
