Knife looks and feels great. You can feel the sturdiness of the hardwood while slicing homemade bread. Slicing bread with a soft crust can be tricky but it does give you the perfect slice everytime! View item >

Really nice wood, very cute mouse! If you like the picture, you will probably like the final item. I was pretty pleased on the whole. The actual usable space for cheese is relatively small and it would have been nice if the mouse served a purpose like holding an actual knife. The mouse can be used like a knife stand, to keep cheese off the table, but it’s more decorative than functional. View item >

. I was really looking forward to getting my adjustable bread knife. But I ended up being disappointed. The blade is too flexible. It bends a lot at very slight pressure and because of that a slice of bread is uneven. In addition even if the blade was straight and firm, the peg that holds it at the top is not placed properly and again this makes the slice thick in one spot and thin in another. I have the other knife like this that is not adjustable; the blade on that one is firm and it works fine and I like that one. But I wanted the adjustable one too. I think I should be able to send the knife back and get a replacement. And I should not have to pay the postage either way because I like the product but it is defective. Mary Blevins View item >
